Payment and shipping

Shipping costs:

We calculate a contribution to the shipping costs of € 5.00 regardless of the size of the order.

Shipping is done via TNT post, courier or own transport.

Term of payment:

Payment must be made in advance. If we have received your payment we will send you the order. This is done by courier, TNT post or own transport. If you are not at home, they will leave you with a so-called "no home card" in your mailbox or, if possible, hand it in to your neighbors.

Delivery time:

When we have received the payment we will send the products, if in stock, within 3 to 4 working days. The delivery times indicated are indicative.

Maximum delivery time:

Usually you have the ordered items within three working days after we have received your payment. If you have to wait longer than 30 days for the ordered item (s), you have the option to cancel the contract free of charge and we will refund the excess amount to your account.

Return of items:

"Not good, money back" scheme

If the item is unusable due to damage during shipping, or does not correspond with the order, we offer you the possibility to return this article after consultation with us within 8 days after receipt. We refund the amount paid to your bank account after the items have been returned in unopened and undamaged condition. Costs for the return shipment are fully at the expense of the buyer. We do not accept returns on delivery.

Cooling period

Within the cooling-off period of 7 working days after receipt of your order, it is possible your purchase -provided it is in perfect condition and return without giving reasons. However, the shipping costs are for your account.

After receiving your return shipment, we will refund the purchase price excluding the shipping costs within 14 days on your bank or giro account.

The administrative data of E-Healthproducts serve as complete proof, unless the client proves the contrary.

All disputes of any nature, relating to or related to these terms and conditions, will be brought before the competent Dutch court. Dutch law is applicable.
